This is one of my favorite things to make for breakfast. it’s quick and easy to make. There are endless possibilities with this recipe. You can add in whatever you want! You could make an apple cinnamon overnight oats, snickers overnight oats, blueberry vanilla overnight oats,etc. The bare bones of this recipe is oats and your choice of milk (whether that’s skim, almond milk, normal,etc).
Total time: 5 minutes (plus leaving oats in the fridge overnight)
1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp of mini chocolate chips
1 tbsp of chia seeds
about 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk
a drizzle of honey
Pour Oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and almond-coconut milk into a jar or tupperware and stir. I added sliced banana to mine and then I drizzled honey over the concoction. Cover the oats and put it in the fridge overnight and VOILA. Super quick and easy breakfast to grab on the go.
